Refunds/Make-up Sessions:
Please give notice if you will not be attending any of your sessions, so the coaching staff can prepare properly for the right amount of kids per session.
Once scheduled, all Individual/Small Group sessions are nonrefundable. No call, No shows will still be charged for the session. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must give notice at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Any session that is rescheduled by First Touch will be advised by email and rescheduled. When necessary, First Touch reserves the right to schedule alternate staff for a session.
For Academy Memberships, there will no longer be “make-up” sessions available if missing for vacations, holidays or other extra curriculars. For sickness, please give 48 hour notice of absence.
Ongoing training:
Once registered for Academy training, the registration will automatically renew each month. All new members have a $35 sign up fee for the first month. If you are a returning Academy Member, there will be no sign up fee. If you wish to cancel, you must do so by email or phone before your renewal date. Private and Individual Training are first come first serve and does not automatically renew month to month.
Respect for Others
Our goal is for all our children to grow in their soccer skills and as people. They should arrive with a great attitude, ready to learn and have fun. Any child who is disruptive, argumentative, disobedient, or insulting to others will be quietly dismissed from the class and future classes so the others will enjoy their time. Any balance on your account after that class will be refunded.
